We assist our clients to move from a sustainable life to a thriving life by providing consultations, coaching, and service packages that empower and enrich their growth through our roles of Coach, Consultant, and Therapeutic Service Providers.
We utilize the tools of Ayurveda, Yoga, Rebirthing, Mediation, and Community Support to guide the client to bring about the integral habits needed to firmly make this transition.

We also work diligently in keeping our connections to community as interresouced as possible so that the web of resources (people AND things AND nature) are kept flowing, apparent, and abundantly supplied as possible! What of all this busy-ness unless we are all benefitting from our supply chains surrounding us? Health and wealth and happiness in as equitable relationship as possible.
ONE Community Wellness' mission is to create connection to persons, resources, and the long and short term alliance w/the Earth to healthfully sustain life together in order to alleviate and lessen the suffering of humanity in this co-creation of Life.
O.N.E. Community Wellness specializes in working with creative business entrepreneurs and trauma survivors to improve the effectiveness in their life choices as they focus on completing the goals that matter to their livelihood path.
